Wellspring Healthcare Services was founded in April 2007 on a simple but powerful belief: every person deserves expert, compassionate care in the place they call home. We are a family-owned home health agency — our nurses, therapists, and caregivers deliver skilled care in patients' private residences. We are not a nursing home, assisted living facility, or inpatient provider, and we have never lost sight of that mission.
Over the past 19 years, we have built a team of dedicated nurses, therapists, and caregivers who bring both clinical expertise and genuine warmth to every patient interaction. We don't just manage conditions — we care for people.

Founded in Woodridge, IL
Wellspring Healthcare Services opened its doors in April 2007 with a mission to bring compassionate, expert care directly into patients' homes across the Chicago suburbs.

Home Health & Home Care Licensing
Earned Illinois Department of Public Health certification, affirming our commitment to the highest standards of home health care.

Every clinician on our team holds an active Illinois state license and meets Medicare's Conditions of Participation for home health. Care is supervised by a Registered Nurse and coordinated with the patient's physician.
Registered Nurses (RN)

Post-surgical care, chronic disease management, medication administration, IV therapy, wound assessment, patient education.
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
Illinois LPN License
Vital signs monitoring, medication administration, wound care assistance, and coordination with RN supervisors.
Physical Therapists (PT)

Post-surgical rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, strength rebuilding, home safety evaluations.
Occupational Therapists (OT)

Activities of daily living, adaptive equipment training, cognitive rehabilitation, home modification recommendations.
